Film will be taking head on with Yash Chopra's next directorial venture starring Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. But still financiers and distributors are keeping faith in Ajay Devgn's venture. Leading distributor Eros has bought the rights of the film. Eros has paid 64 cr for home video, theatrical and domestic exhibition rights. There was rumor that film was sold for 96 cr but Eros has refuted it. Viacom 18 will be investing in promotion and advertising. Now that looks a win win situation for producers and distributors considering the star power of Ajay Devgn along with Sonakshi Sinha and Sanjay Dutt that too on diwali.
